Meet our dedicated Executive Director, Mariah Henry! Mariah has been a part of the Landings of Cabarrus team since 2019, which is when she began working diligently to ensure the highest quality of care is provided for our residents.

Mariah started her caregiving career by volunteering with the Department of Parks and Recreation, working with children with disabilities. She then began an internship at a skilled nursing facility, where she developed her passion for working with seniors. After three years with the skilled nursing facility, Mariah transitioned to assisted living. She started her career as Life Enrichment Coordinator and eventually became our Executive Director.

As Executive Director, Mariah is a crucial part of maintaining a culture of compassion at The Landings of Cabarrus. She is at the heart of operations, and works tirelessly to ensure every resident feels at home.

When Mariah isn’t working, she enjoys long walks and time spent with her family in Kannapolis, North Carolina.
